From <a href="http://www.hartford.gov/POLICE" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Hartford Police Department</a>:Aetna held a team-building exercise through which 10 PAL (Police Activities League) children were recipients of brand-new bicycles. On Wednesday, July 20, from 1-4 p.m., the summer interns at Aetna will be sponsoring a PAL Day at the Riverfront on Leibert Rd. Members of the community are invited to attend the event. The interns have planned a number of activities, including a bike rodeo and obstacle course. There will be free ice cream as well as a variety of Hartford Police Department specialty teams and equipment (toys) for children to explore. Each PAL child (48-50 in total) will receive a gently refurbished bicycle and new helmet prior to leaving for the day.
