HARTFORD, CT — Emergency road work had traffic backing up on Interstate 84 in Hartford Thursday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation, but the work is now finished. The DOT reports the road work was on I-84 East between exits 46 and 48, resulting in the closure of the right lane.
