Route 2 Crash Cleared In East Hartford: UPDATE

EAST HARTFORD, CT — A single-vehicle wreck on Route 2 in East Hartford caused traffic delays for motorists Tuesday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports the crash was on Route 2 East between exits 5A and 5B, with the right lane being closed.

The accident was first reported at 8:56 a.m., and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
