HARTFORD, CT — A water main break is causing a traffic mess for Hartford motorists, with the incident closing a city street and impeding access to two nearby Interstate highways.<a href="https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=1300494202112871&amp;set=a.234917265337242" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">The Hartford Police Department said</a> at about midday Wednesday that Morgan Street is closed at Market Street in the city.This has also resulted in no access to Interstate 84 East or the Interstate 91 on-ramps in that area, police said.Police said there is a detour to the Jennings Road on-ramps for alternate routes. "Please plan ahead, expect delays, and use caution in the area.
