MANCHESTER, CT — State police said they are looking for a vehicle that rammed into another at an Interstate 84 construction site in Manchester before fleeing into Tolland County.

According to a state police crash report, at 5 p.m. on Oct. 2, a 26-year-old Woodstock woman in a 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 was heading onto the Exit 63 eastbound on-ramp and slowed down for bumps in the road caused by construction.
