MANCHESTER CT — Thanksgiving Day in Manchester was shared by more than 12,000 officially registered runners — and undoubtedly some last-minute poachers too cheap to fork out the entry fee that goes to charity — at the 89th running of the Manchester Road Race.
The 4.737-mile event of shared by a range of runners from Olympians to those dressed as silverware sets to a peanut butter and jelly tandem.
