Police are asking for help with an illegal dumping investigation in Meriden.

MERIDEN, CT — Police are asking for help with an illegal dumping investigation in Meriden.

Police said the vehicle, pictured, was used in the illegal dumping of a trailer on Corporate Court in Meriden.

The marker plate was unable to be identified, but police said the vehicle has “many distinguishing features.”

“The vehicle appears to be a Silver 2004-2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a ‘YES IS THE WAY’ sticker on his windshield along with multiple stickers on the hood and side of the vehicle,” police wrote in a post on Facebook. “The vehicle has a front bumper winch, rear spare tire mount, roof rack, and a flag on the rear of the vehicle.”
