A Meriden resident won $20,000 on a 20X Cash 9th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Stop & Shop at 485 Broad St. in Meriden, according to lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
