Obituary: Armando Vale, 81, of Meriden
Armando, a devoted family man and friend, worked at the International Silver Co. and the Meriden Rolling Mill for many years.

MERIDEN, CT - (From Wallingford Funeral Home) Armando Vale, 81, of Meriden, died peacefully at MidState Medical Center on Monday, February 14, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Catalina Hernandez Vale.
Armando was born in Aguada, Puerto Rico, on April 26, 1940, a son of the late Genaro Vale and Leonida Caban and worked at International Silver Co. and Meriden Rolling Mill.
In addition to his wife Catalina, he is survived by his children, Armando Vale Jr. and his wife Kim, Ada LaBaire, Oswaldo Vale and his wife Michelle, and Elda Corsi and her husband Nicholas; 10 grandchildren; as well as many great-grandchildren and extended family members.
Armando’s family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., Friday, February 18th from 10am to 12pm. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Meriden.
