2026 Recycling Center Resident Passes Available In Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, CT — Officials at the Middletown Recycling Center has announced that the new 2026 Recycling Center Passes for the upcoming year will be available starting Jan. 6.

Residents who want the pass mailed to them can fill out the online application form.

Residents can come in-person during regular hours (Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:40 p.m.) to pick up a new pass.

Proof of residence and the license plate number of the vehicle in whiuch the pass will hand are required.

The staff at the Recycling Center will be honoring the 2025 passes for the first month of 2026.
