CTTRANSIT MIDDLETOWN ROUTE 55 CUSTOMERS

Effective April 21, weekdays. To reduce duplication with service operated by Middletown Area Transit, most trips on Route 55 will now end at downtown Middletown. Eleven trips each weekday (5 outbound and 6 inbound) will continue to serve Silver Street and CT Valley Hospital. All other trips will now start or end at downtown Middletown. NEW! Saturdays Saturday service is being added between Hartford and Middletown. Six trips will operate on Saturdays (three trips in each direction) on a six-month trial basis. At the end of the trial period, a decision will be made whether to continue, expand, modify or discontinue the service. More information at http://cttransit.com/
