Endangered Middletown Man Still Missing
Charles Carr was reported missing in November 2015. Middletown Police said he may be in the Bridgeport area.
On November 27, 2015, Charles Carr of Middletown was reported missing.
“Carr was listed as ’endangered’ and a Silver Alert was issued,” Lt. Heather Desmond said in a press release. “Carr has still not been located and we are asking for the public’s help to locate him. Carr was last seen by his girlfriend on November 25, 2015 in Middletown, CT.”

Police said Carr takes medication for health conditions and per his family, also suffers from mental illness.
