MIDDLETOWN, CT – Middletown has set the date, time and location for the Popular Harvest Fest and welcomes everyone to attend.
The Harvest Festival is set for Saturday, Sept. 30, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Rev. Douglas E. Lawrence Larry C. Owens Memorial Community Garden. A rain date has been set for Oct. 7.
