Middletown Police report the following incidents:
Aug. 14
POSSESSION LESS THAN HALF-OUNCE MARIJUANA, ILLEGAL SALE AND POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO SELL — Police stopped a car for a motor vehicle violation on Pine Street and the passenger, Robert Seabrook, 22, of Saybrook Road, admitted to having a marijuana smoking pipe. The report says he had 8.2 grams of marijuana, a scale, sandwich bags, and CVS bag with 29 loose Oxycodone pills. He told officers he sells marijuana and didn't use the pills.

Aug. 6
THIRD-DEGREE LARCENY, CONSPIRACY — Jessica Kimball, 33, of Pine Street was arrested for theft of an item valued between $1,001 and $5,000, according to the report.

Kimball has a record of convictions, according to the Connecticut Judicial Branch website, from 2003 to the present, for prostitution, narcotics possession and interfering with an officer in Middletown, and narcotics possession and probation violation in Hartford.
