Aug. 9
SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY, BREACH OF PEACE — At 1 a.m., Rohan R. Powell, 24, of Pearl Street was stopped by police for a moving violation and found with an outstanding warrant.

Aug. 8
INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM, OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED — At 8 a.m., Alyssa Rodriguez, 19, of Lincoln Street was driving on Park Place at Washington Street with brake lights unlit, according to the report.

OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE, FAILURE TO HAVE TAIL LAMP — At 10:50 p.m., Brian Hurst, 33, of State Street, New Haven, was driving an Audi A8 on Main Street with its lights unlit. The car approached the Route 9 on ramp, the report says, and when the officer engaged his cruiser lights, failed to pull over immediately. Hurst told officers he had just bought the car and was driving it to his work parking lot in Cromwell, where he had permission to leave it.
SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At 9:08 p.m., James Callahan, 25, of Chestnut Street turned himself in on an outstanding warrant from the state Department of Motor Vehicles police.
SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At 9:15 p.m., Jason M. Leachman, 27, of North Second Street, Meriden, turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 4:10 p.m., Odell Dixon, 43, of Robert Drive was at a home on East Main Street with Alex Miles, 18, of Smith Street and Jose Lebron, 32, of Rockwell Street, New Britian, and involved with a domestic argument which resulted in a physical fight, according to the report. Miles and Dixon fought and as Lebron tried to separate them, he and Miles fought, police say. All three were charged.
TWO COUNTS SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At 3 p.m., Gregory B. Williams, 46, of Hillside Avenue, Hartford, turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.

INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM, OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED — At 5:08 p.m., Jamie L. Jones, 32, of Rising Trail Drive was driving a Dodge Caliber on Smith Street.
Aug. 2
INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM, OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED, AND IN VIOLATION OF LICENSE CLASSIFICATION — At 2:49 p.m., Rosa R. Rosario, 44, of Main Street was driving a Pontiac Montana van on Grand Street with a canceled plate. The report says Rosario didn't have a license, only a Dominican Republic passport that was at her convenience store on Main Street.

ILLEGAL OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER SUSPENSION — At 1:37 p.m., Crisanta A. Rodriguez, 24, of Woodbury Circle was driving a Honda CR-V without a front marker plate on Summer Hill Road with a small boy in the backseat without a seatbelt, according to the report.
