The following police reports are obtained directly from the Middletown Police public information officer and inclusion on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

Middletown Police report the following incidents:

June 24

OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED, STOP SIGN VIOLATION — At 10:30 a.m., Sandra Langlois, 45, of Stevenson Road, Meriden, was driving a Pontiac off the Route 9 Exit 20 ramp onto Country Club Road and didn't stop at the sign, according to the report, then failed to stop at Middle Street. She apologized to police and her passenger was allowed to drive away in the car. She was cooperative and polite, the report says.

SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At 2:10 p.m., Jessica C. Jacobs, 33, of Treat Road, Wethersfield, turned herself in on an outstanding warrant from Cromwell Police.

SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At 7:14 a.m., Stareisha A. McDaniel, 24, of Grand Street was picked up on an outstanding warrant from Connecticut State Police Troop F from Westbrook.

June 22

DUI, POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES — At 4:40 a.m., Christine E. Dahlmeyer, 32, of Spencer Drive was in a sports utility vehicle in the parking lot of the Price Chopper on Washington Street, when, according to the report, a passerby said she looked intoxicated. When police arrived, she was upset and emotional and smelled of alcohol, was mumbling and rambling and less than 4 ounces of marijuana was found in her SUV.

SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At 10:36 a.m., Derrick A. Graham Jr., 36, of Woodland Road, Portland, turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.

IMPROPER HAND SIGNALING, OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE IN VIOLATION OF LICENSE CLASSIFICATION, POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES AND LESS THAN HALF-OUNCE MARIJUANA — At 5:50 p.m., Ashami Z. Curry, 22, of Edson Avenue, Waterbury, was driving a Pontiac Grand Am on deKoven Drive and turned onto Washington Street without signaling, according to the report. When stopped, police say, he appeared nervous and said he gave his passenger a bag of marijuana containing 3.8 grams and a small ziplock bag with an unmarked clear pill Curry said was ecstasy but tested positive for cocaine. Other bags of marijuana were found, for a total of 16.9 grams.

June 18

OPERATION UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, AND WITHOUT MINIMUM INSURANCE AND WITHOUT A LICENSE — At 12:53 p.m., Samuel J. Clymer Jr., 47, of High Street, Baltic, was driving a Ford Explorer on deKoven Drive.

June 17

INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM — At 3:43 p.m., Steven S. Fazzino, 40, of Milardo Lane was involved in a car accident on South Main Street near Farm Hill Road while driving a Chrysler 300, and the report says he didn't know if the car was insured because his "mother took care of it."

June 16

OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED, FAILURE TO DRIVE UPON THE RIGHT, DRIVING WHILE OPERATING A CELL PHONE — At 6:06 p.m., Benjamin P. Keegan, 25, of Chamberlain Hill Road, Higganum, was involved in a car accident at Lyceum and Millbrook Roads and hit an SNET telephone, according to the report. He was known to police from previous encounters and admitted to be talking on the phone when it took place.

June 14

OPERATION UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM — At 7:07 p.m., Eugene M. Trudeau, 50, of Spring Street was driving an Oldsmobile on Grand Street with a plate belonging on a Kia van. The report says he told police he just bought the car.
