The following police reports are obtained directly from the Middletown Police public information officer and inclusion on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.
Middletown Police report the following incidents:
June 15
USING ROAD INSTEAD OF SIDEWALK, INTERFERING WITH OFFICER — At 9:59 a.m., police were called about a man without a shirt walking on the double-yellow line in heavy traffic on Main Street near William Street. Police yelled to Gustav C. Gregor, 21, of High Street using a loud speaker while he gave them three different names, the report says, and became "physically combative" when police tried to place him in handcuffs.

SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY, SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At 2:15 a.m., a victim told police about a stolen cell phone which they located using GPS at South Main Street and Farm Hill Road, according to the report. Police saw Maria Rosado, 35, of Main Street walking with another person on South Main Street near the Wilcox Apartments and had two phones, one state-issued, and the other matching the description of the stolen Samsung cell phone. She was found with an outstanding warrant from Wallingford Police, the report says.

OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM, FAILURE TO HAVE STOP LAMPS — At 1:50 p.m., Michelle E. Nowotynski, 19, of Ross Road, Middlefield, was driving on Washington Street with a tail light out.
June 13
RECKLESS DRIVING, RESTRICTED TURN, STOP SIGN VIOLATION, TINTED WINDOWS — At 4:30 p.m., Alexis M. Perez, 28, of Julia Terrace was on Main Street.
June 11
SECOND-DEGREE BREACH OF PEACE — At 2:28 p.m., Dante West, 30, of Lilac Street, Cromwell, was running out of the Walgreens parking lot, directly into traffic on Washington Street, according to the report, causing cars to swerve to avoid hitting him. West ran over to the police cruiser and tried to get into the passenger side, the report says, then when the officer ordered him to move to the side of the road, he ran over and began doing pushups. The report says West fought with his girlfriend inside the drugstore and when detained by police "began screaming and swearing" at police, saying he was going to beat him up if he was arrested.
June 5
OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE AND WHEN LICENSE IS SUSPENDED, At 4:52 p.m., Abraham Bobman, 25, of Lincoln Street was driving a Pontiac Grand Am on Main Street.
Connecticut State Police, Westbrook Troop F, report the following incidents:
June 7
DUI, IMPROPER PARKING — At 12:32 a.m., Dwayne Hall, 40, of Burgundy Hills Lane was pulled over on Route 9 north just before exit 18 and appeared intoxicated, according to the report. He failed sobriety tests.
June 6
FIRST-DEGREE CRIMINAL TRESPASS, BREACH OF PEACE — At 10:26 a.m., Nicholas Mason, 65, of High Street was at Middletown Superior Court and caused a disturbance in the front lobby, according to the report, and refused to leave when asked.
