Middletown Arrests: May 22 to June 4
The following police reports are obtained from the Middletown Police public information officer and inclusion on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

Middletown Police report the following incidents:
June 4
INTERFERING WITH OFFICER, SECOND-DEGREE BREACH OF PEACE — At 9:16 p.m., Thomas Voytek, 51, of Charles Street, Meriden, was at the corner of Main and Liberty streets with a group of people on the sidewalk, the report says, swearing and yelling and being "extremely volatile." He smelled strongly of alcohol, police say, swore at and threatened the officer, adding, "do you know what it's like to put a bullet between someone's eyes?" He then grabbed an officer and refused to let go, police say, adding he was just home from the Middle East.

THIRD-DEGREE LARCENY, THIRD-DEGREE BURGLARY — At 7 p.m., Kyra Poudier, turned herself in on an outstanding warrant.
June 1
FAILURE TO SUBMIT TO FINGERPRINTING, INTERFERING WITH OFFICER, DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 10:30 p.m., Tisha McDonald, 36, of Hillside Avenue was fighting with a woman and man who lived on the first floor of her apartment building. The report says the couple were talking about a loud noise that came from McDonald's apartment when she started yelling and swearing. When an officer showed her a backpack underneath the left rear tire of a car, she refused to answer questions, the report says, and yelling and refusing to stand still after being pushed back several times. After being handcuffed, the report says, she still fought with officers and refused to get into the car, then kicked an officer in the face and arms. She was uncooperative during booking at headquarters and struggled with the officer.

OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM, OPERATION WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED — At 9 a.m., Charlie E. White, 56, of Navadon Parkway was driving on Main Street without a front plate, a cracked windshield and not wearing a seat belt, according to police, a suspended license an plate that didn't belong on the car.
OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, OPERATION WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED — At 8:54 a.m., Julia Rhett, 38, of Stoneycrest Drive was driving on Newfield Street at Liberty with an expired registration.
May 30
DUI — At 6:29 p.m., William T. Jette, 53, of Burr Hill Road, Killingworth, was involved in a car accident at the Citgo gas station on Washington Street. He was intoxicated, the report says, and hit another car while pumping gas, struggled to answer basic questions on scene, and failed sobriety tests. His blood alcohol levels were .152 and .149, police say, and license confiscated for 24 hours.
May 27
OPERATION WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED — At 9:07 a.m., Frank J. Gomes, 58, of Newfield Street was driving on Spring Street and failed to stop at Spring Street.
May 22
FIRST-DEGREE ROBBERY, BREACH OF PEACE, ATTEMPT TO COMMIT CRIME, SECOND-DEGREE ASSAULT — At 9:30 p.m., New York Port Authority called police saying they had Tevin Perry, 18, of Spring Street in custody on an extraditable warrant. The report says police went to New York on May 31 at 12:50 p.m. to bring him back.
