Police say Roberts also insulted the boy with vulgarities so she took him to a neighbor's house. The report says the victim and Roberts, who has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and manic depression, were drinking together the night before and she went to sleep then awoke to discover he was still drinking and intoxicated.

When officers arrived, the report says, Roberts swore at the victim in their presence and moved toward her in a threatening manner, then said, "nothing happened," between them, interrupted officers and was "agitated and frightening." The report says he eventually told police, "I should have punched her while I had the chance." He is on probation for a narcotic-related arrest and is a felon.
