MIDDLETOWN, CT — On Nov. 4, Middletown residents cast their votes for several key municipal positions in town. Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming municipal election.
Election Day Polling Hours And Locations
Polls in Connecticut are open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. You can use the Secretary of State’s website to find your polling place. Voters who are in line by 8 p.m. will be allowed to vote.

Same Day Voter Registration
If you are not registered, but want to vote on Election Day, you may register in person on Election Day at your Election Day Registration site People must be registered by 8 p.m. in order to vote using

1) Shall the $9,500,000 appropriation and bond authorization for the Planning, Design, Acquisition, and Construction of Water and Sewer Improvements be approved?
2) Shall the $33,000,000 appropriation and bond authorization for the Various Public Infrastructure Improvement Projects be approved?

Mayor, Vote for One
- The Democratic candidate is Gene P. Nocera and the Republican candidate is Sebastian N. Giuliano. Nocera is also listed on the Working Families Party line
Board of Education, Vote for Up to Four
- The Democratic candidates are Dan Feener, Alex Cohen, Dean Krupa, and Kelly Bee, the Republican candidates are Robin Goss, Chris Cardella, Kim Riordan, and Adam Hayn. The petitioning candidate is Elizabeth Anne Crooks
Planning & Zoning Commission, Vote for Up to Three
- The Democratic candidates are Andrew Reagan, Daniel Long and Shanay Fulton, and the Republican candidates are Vinny Szynkowicz, Tyler Eckstrom and Lucas A. J. Chaves
Planning & Zoning Commission Alternate, Vote for One
- The Democratic candidate is Kristin Souza and the Republican candidate is Konrad Lenart
