Middletown Man Facing Drug and Alcohol Charges
A 20-year-old from Middletown was found by PD allegedly drunk in his car.
Middletown, CT - A 20-year-old from Middletown is facing charges after police allegedly found the young man passed out in his car with beer bottles, liquor and drug paraphernalia.
According to a report in The Middletown Press, police charged Mario Martins-Maura with driving with an elevated blood alcohol level as a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The Press reports that the charges stem from a June 19 incident, where police found the 20-year-old passed out behind the wheel of his running car. His car had beer bottles, a mixed drink and a marijuana pipe.

Police said the young man had blood alcohol content levels twice the legal limit, The Press reports.
He was released on a $500 bond and due back in court June 29.
