MIDDLETOWN - A Middletown resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 15, Diane Mendez, Middletown, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Stop & Go Food Mart in Middletown and won $10,000.
