MIDDLETOWN, CT - A Middletown resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Kensington last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 21, Paul Tacinelli Jr., of Middletown, purchased a 10x CASH 15th Edition ticket from the Irving station in Kensington and won $10,000.
