MIDDLETOWN, CT - A Middletown resident is $50,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On February 1, the big winner from Middletown, purchased a $50,000 Win It All ticket from the Middletown Deli Grocery and won $50,000.
