MIDDLETOWN - A Middletown resident is $12,708 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 14, Paul Maturo, of Middletown, purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from the HNZ Petro Plus in Middletown and won $12,708.
