Obituary: Anthony William “Frodo” Martin, 28, of Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, CT - (From Biega Funeral Home) Anthony William “Frodo” Martin was born on December 28th, 1992 at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, Connecticut.

He passed away at his home in Middletown on November 4th, 2021 at the age of 28.

Anthony had many hobbies, including, video games, building everything out of anything, and riding motorcycles.

He was an amazing cook, there was so much soul poured into each dish he made.

And most importantly, he loved spending time with family. Anthony is survived by his mother, Jessica Murray of Middletown.

His grandparents Nancy and Jeffrey Abrams of Harrelsville, NC. His grandparents James and Lynn Tanner of Conneaut, OH.

His step-grandmother Cathy Motyl of North Fort Myers, Florida. His brothers Cameron and Bradley Murray of Colchester. His sister, and brother-in-law Arin and Brian Wheeler of Bristol. His Aunt and Uncle, Julie and Abdul Rascoe.

His uncle James Tanner. He had a few male role models in his life, Jason Thomas, Scott Murray, and William Victory, who loved Anthony like their own son.

Many other aunts and uncles, as well as his cousin Jaelen and second cousins. He was a proud uncle to his nephew Timothy.

Anthony was employed at The Deck in Westbrook, where he had many friends come and visit, especially his best friends Zachary Van Solkema and Nicholas Cirillo.

He is predeceased by his great grandmother Anna McPherson as well as his grandfather William Aldrich.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday November 9, 2021 at 7 p.m. at Biega Funeral Home 3 Silver Street Middletown.
