Shooting Overnight In Middletown: Police
Residents reported hearing the sounds of gunfire and a vehicle speeding away, according to police.
MIDDLETOWN, CT — Gunshots were fired overnight in Middletown, according to police.
Authorities received an anonymous call around 11:30 p.m. Saturday about gunfire at Pearl and Liberty streets, police said. Officers found shell casings on Liberty Street when they arrived and area residents reported hearing the sounds of gunshots and a vehicle speeding away, according to police.
No one was hurt and no property was damaged, police said.
