3 Milford Middle Schools Appoint Assistant Principals

Donato Piselli, of East Shore Middle School, Jamie Whitaker, of Harborside Middle School, and Kenneth Hayes, of West Shore Middle School, were all appointed as assistant principals for Milford middle schools, according to the Milford Mirror.

Piselli previously taught middle school social studies for 15 years, starting in Wilton for six years and then moving to Milford, the Mirror reported.

Whitaker was interim assistant principal for Harborside this year after Shannan Carlson was appointed as interim supervisor of district improvement, according to the Mirror.

Hayes served as the numeracy coach at Jettie Tisdale School in Bridgeport, after beginning his teaching career as a sixth-grade teacher for nine years at the Thomas Hooker School, the Mirror reported.
