Caroline Of Milford Cited As Star Student: Here’s Why

We all know students who excel in academic, fine arts or volunteer service. Here's one local resident who is having an impact in Milford.

MILFORD, CT — Star Students are found in classrooms, on concert and theater stages and at debate lecterns, and out in the community doing good things to make life better for all of us.

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize Star Students, and we’re working to tell the stories of these outstanding kids to their neighbors.

This submission comes from Ted Boynton, who nominated Caroline Doyle of Milford. Boynton is Caroline's adviser at Key Club.

Why do you believe the star local student should be recognized?

Caroline is very active in both her school and her community. She has been a member of the Jonathan Law Key Club for four years. She has served as the President ,Lieutenant Governor of District 29-B in the New England and Bermuda District of Key Club,he served as the Service Project Chairwomen for New England and Bermuda District and is currently the District Governor of the New England and Bermuda District. As District Governor she leads and represents the entire New England and Bermuda District. She is also the Varsity tennis Captain ,a member of the National Honor Society National Math Honor Society and has achieved numerous academic honors. Besides being very active in her school and community she has maintained first honors throughout her four years at Jonathan Law.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the star local student?

As long as I have known Caroline she has always put her family, her school ,her community and all those who she is associated with first . She is a great leader who is able to keep those around her motivated,focused and being the best they can be.
