Dockside Brewery Hires New Award-Winning Brew Master

MILFORD, CT — Dockside Brewery has hired Keegan Dombrosky as its new brew master.

Dobrosky has worked at several Connecticut breweries, including Back East Brewing Company, where he designed several award-winning beers. More recently, he helped design and build Walt & Whitman's brewer in Saratoga Springs, NY.

“I’m thrilled to be taking on this esteemed role at the fast-growing, waterfront-based Dockside Brewery located in my home state,” Dombrosky said in a release.“I look forward to ensuring their craft brewery and seltzer operation has a customer-friendly approach that fits with both the waterfront views, relaxed atmosphere, and high-quality products that patrons have come to expect.”

Dockside Brewery opened in 2020 and overlooks the Housatonic River. It features indoor and outdoor space, 112 parking spots and 70 boat slips.
