Milford Knights Basketball Announce Upcoming Try Out Dates
Milford Knights Travel Basketball Program Will Have Tryouts For Grades 4th through 8th Starting Next Saturday, September 10th.
The Milford Knights Travel Basketball Program will conduct tryouts starting Saturday, September 10th. The Milford Knights program is designed for boys and girls that are looking for a more competitive basketball experience while also preparing them for high school basketball.
The Milford Knights have boys and girls teams starting in the 4th grade and run through the 8th grade. You must be a Milford resident to be eligible to play on one of the teams. Players must attend one of the tryouts to be considered for one of the teams but we recommend to attend as many as possible. All tryouts will be held at the gym in the Parsons Complex, the address is 70 West River Street.
Although the tryouts take place in September, the first practices are not until the middle/end of October and first games are not until middle of November so this will not conflict with any Fall Sports. The season ends around the middle of March so no conflicting with the Spring Sports as well.

There is no fee or charge to try out. Players will be required to fill out waiver. Once teams are selected, the players will be requested to register then. The fee for the season is $385 and that includes a full custom uniform kit in addition to 1 to 2 practices a week and roughly 30 games.

4th Grade Boys: Sat. 9/10 11:30am to 1pm, Mon. 9/12 5pm to 6:30pm & Sun. 9/18 2pm to 3:30pm
5th Grade Boys: Sat. 9/10 11:30am to 1pm, Mon. 9/12 5pm to 6:30pm & Sun. 9/18 9am to 10:30am
6th Grade Boys: Saturday 9/10 1:00pm to 2:30pm & Sunday 9/18 9:00am to 10:30am
7th Grade Boys: Sat. 9/10 2:30pm to 4pm, Mon. 9/12 6:30pm to 8pm & Sun 9/18 4:30pm to 6pm
8th Grade Boys: Saturday 9/10 8:30am to 10am & Sunday 9/18 4:30pm to 6pm
4th Grade Girls: Sat. 9/10 10am to 11:30am, Wed. 9/14 4:30pm to 5:45pm & Sun. 9/18 10:45am to 12:15pm
5th Grade Girls: Sat. 9/10 10am to 11:30am, Wed. 9/14 4:30pm to 5:45pm & Sun. 9/18 10:45am to 12:15pm
6th Grade Girls: Saturday 9/10 1pm to 2:30pm & Sunday 9/18 12:30pm to 2pm
7th Grade Girls: Saturday 9/10 4pm to 5pm & Saturday 9/18 12:30pm to 2pm
8th Grade Girls: Saturday 9/10 4pm to 5pm & Sunday 9/18 3:30pm to 4:30pm
