Milford Native Edna Foytek, 95
Milford High School grad and Shop Rite meat wrapper Edna Foytek passed away July 29.

Edna Margaret Malinowicz Foytek, age 95, of Milford, entered into peaceful rest on Monday, July 29, 2013. Edna was the beloved wife of the late Joseph P. Foytek.
She was born on April 1, 1918 and was a devoted housewife and also worked at Shop Rite in Milford as a meat wrapper. She graduated from Milford High School and was a member of the Milford Senior Center.
Edna is survived by her sister-in-law Alice LaRovera of Derby and her family; niece Susan Arpin, god-daughter Karen Wilczewski and her husband Kenneth, niece Alice Russo and her husband George and great-nephews and great niece, Robert Arpin, Kevin Arpin, Timothy Arpin, Thomas Wilczewski, David Wilczewski, Jeffrey Russo, Jennifer Russo and Jake Russo.
Friends may greet the family on Saturday, Aug. 3, at the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 N. Broad St. Milford from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. in Christ The Redeemer Church Milford. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
