Milford Police Hosts Liquor Retailer Forum
Representatives from establishments in Milford that sell or serve alcohol are encouraged to go to this event.

The Milford Police Department in collaboration with the Milford Prevention Council will be hosting a Liquor Retailer Forum on Monday, June 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Milford Public Library, 57 New Haven Ave. in Milford.
Representatives from establishments that sell or serve alcohol are encouraged to attend the forum. The forum will educate retailers on current issues, trends and laws regarding alcohol related matters in our community.
Guest speakers will provide valuable information to attendees in topic areas listed below.

- An overview of the T.I.P.S program (Training for Intervention Procedures Seminar) which is done at the premise of interested retailers.
- Fake identification card trends and recognition.
- An overview of liquor laws and compliance issues by the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection Liquor Control Division.
