Obituary: Frank E. Geer III, 94, of Milford
Frank was a proud WWII U.S. Army Air Corp veteran, electrician by trade and longtime employee of Sikorsky Aircraft and Reliable Steel Drum.
MILFORD, CT - (From West Haven Funeral Home) Frank E. Geer III, age 94, of Milford passed away on August 20, 2021.
For 67 years, he was the loving husband of Kathleen Currier Geer. Frank was born in New Haven, son of the late Frank and Esther Cleophes Roche-Grogan Geer Jr.
He is also survived by his children, Dorothy Hart, Keith (Carol) Geer, Cathy (William) Homich, Timothy (Audrey) Geer, Paul (Laura) Geer, Frank (Kim) Geer IV, Walter (Valerie) Geer, Todd (Sara) Geer and Tina Geer, his grandchildren, Melissa (Christopher) Bellemare, Brittany Hart, Colleen (Greg) Chandler, Danielle (Chris) Benigni, Austin Giardino, Kaitlin Giardino, Patrick Geer, Alexandra (Grant) Ferguson, Adalynn Geer, Frank Geer V, Emily Geer, Olivia Geer, Allen (Kai) Geer, Tyler Geer & Joshua Geer, his 7 great grandchildren, Christopher Jr., Eli, Emerson, Qais, Willow, Ainsley Anne and Blaine.
Frank was predeceased by his sister Mary Glatz.
Frank was a proud WWII US Army Air Corp Veteran. He was an electrician by trade and retired from Sikorsky Aircraft and Reliable Steel Drum.
He enjoyed his model air planes, gardening, photography, painting and reading.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Victory Church at 11am on Wednesday.
Interment, with military honors will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery. The Family has asked that MASKS BE WORN FOR ALL INDOOR SERVICES.
West Haven Funeral Home at the Green has been entrusted with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank’s name to CT Hospice 100 Double Beach Rd. Branford, CT 06405.
