Pantochino Enrolling Teens for "Saturday Night Fever" Musical
Pantochino Teen Theatre is an immersive theatrical experience for young actors 13 to 18 years old.

Producers Bert Bernardi and Jimmy Johansmeyer have announced registration for Pantochino Teen Theatre's next production, "Saturday Night Fever." The eight-week immersive program begins in January 2025.
Now in it's tenth year, Pantochino Teen Theatre offers young actors age 13 to 18, the opportunity to learn, rehearse and perform a full-length musical theatre production outside of the academic environment, working with professional directors, choreographers and designers. Teen Theatre meets for eight Saturdays beginning in January in its studios in the Connecticut Post Mall and will present performances in late February on stage at the Milford Arts Council, the MAC.
Registration is limited and the program traditionally fills to capacity quickly.

"Saturday Night Fever" is based on the 1977 movie phenomenon which debuted on Broadway in 1998 in an adaptation by Sean Cercone and David Abbinanti featuring songs by The Bee Gees. In this beloved ’70s throwback, Tony Manero, a nineteen-year-old Brooklynite paint store clerk, spends his weekends at a local disco, where he moonlights as the king of the dance floor. When he and mesmerizing dancer Stephanie enter a dance competition, the pair’s professional partnership blossoms into a deep friendship, and challenges both to reflect on what’s important in life amidst rising social tensions and disillusionment. Featuring the timeless hits of the Bee Gees and classic disco tracks, this reimagined version of Saturday Night Fever transports audiences back to the era of disco balls, platform boots, and white suits.
