Police Arrest Milford Man on Sexual Assault Charge
The 39-year-old was also charged with unlawful restraint in the first degree.
On Wednesday, Nov. 18, Milford Police received a report of an attempted sexual assault against a juvenile that allegedly occurred between September and October 2015.
The Special Investigations Unit conducted an investigation that led to the arrest of a Milford man.
According to a press release from Milford Police, Chad Withington, 39, of 128 Chapet St., Milford, was arrested on the following charges:

- Unlawful restraint in the first degree
- Criminal attempt sexual assault
- Disorderly conduct
He was issued a Nov. 20 court date and a $500,000 bond.
