Children Who Lost Father In Montville Ask Santa For Basketball Hoop
'We lost our Dad in November and this Christmas is very sad. We would both like a basketball hoop,' the children wrote.
MONTVILLE, CT β Writing a letter to Santa is a treasured tradition for many Montville families. Theyβre a lens into the magic of the holiday season through the eyes of a child.
Weβve partnered with T-Mobile so we can all share in their joy. This letter, submitted by Michele Beers in Montville, was written by 12 & 13-year-old Jada and Davian:
βWe lost our Dad in November and this Christmas is very sad. We would both like a basketball hoop. Our apartment complex doesn't have one. We would really like something outside to enjoy. PS we don't have basketballs either
Thank you.β
