Inmates Warn Montville Eighth Graders of Prison Life
Two inmates from Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Institution spoke with Tyl Middle School students.

A couple of inmates from Corrigan-Radgowski visited Tyl Middle School eighth graders to tell them to not make the same mistakes they did.
Usually inmates are invited to speak with high school students but teacher George Dawe told reporters at The Day that he invited them to talk to eighth graders because “he’s been noticing kids getting into trouble at younger ages.”
The two inmates spoke with a general audience of eighth graders and a select few students classified as “at risk,” according to the report in The Day. Kyle Neri and Chris Wojcik said their drug addiction was a big reason they are behind bars.
