Lucky Player Scores $347K Jackpot On Slots At Mohegan Sun

MONTVILLE, CT — A lucky player won a $347,562.62 jackpot playing the slots at Mohegan Sun.

The man, identified as Jose E. of Hartford won the prize on one of the resort casino's Aristocrat Gaming Dollar Storm Caribbean Gold machines, according to a statement from Mohegan Sun. He was awarded the prize on Jan. 27.

He was betting $5 a spin when he won the jackpot.

Currently there are three different one-million-dollar jackpots up for grabs at the casino. Blackjack (Super 4 Progressive), Pai Gow Poker (Fortune Pai Gow Progressive), and Spanish 21 (Bonus Spin Extreme Progressive) all have progressive jackpots over a million dollars and are growing, according to the statement.

Players can be in the running for one of these jackpots by playing the $5 side-bet.

Also last month, another slots player won a $1.3 million prize at Mohegan Sun. The winner was playing the Jumanji Next Level slot machine at Casino of the Sky. The player was betting $3 per spin at the time the massive progressive jackpot was hit.

In other big wins at the casino, a New York man won $483,622 at Mohegan Sun last spring.
