Montville Teen Arrested For Allegedly Assaulting Minor

This Monday, a Montville teenager was arrested for allegedly assaulting a minor. 

Joseph Williams, 18, of Uncasville, was charged Monday at 6:30 p.m. with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Williams was arrested after he got into an argument with a female minor in Uncasville and began pushing and striking her, according to the Montville Police Department. The female suffered minor injuries, according to the department.

At his first appearance in Norwich Court on Tuesday, Williams was released with a promise to appear. His next court date in June 18.
