Montville Woman Reported Missing; Police Ask For Help

Police are asking for the public's help in locating a woman who was last seen Tuesday.

MONTVILLE, CT — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing person.

Makayla Jordan, 18, left her home in the early morning hours Tuesday "after making concerning comments to family earlier in the evening," police said.

It is believed that Jordan was picked up by a friend and is currently staying in the Groton area.

She was last seen wearing a long pink coat with a fur hood, Crocs or Ugg Boots, and is possibly carrying a school bag.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Montville Police Department at 860-848-7510 and reference Case Number 25-00000906.
