2 Youths Hit By Vehicle In Waterbury: PD
The pedestrians were struck on Sylvan Avenue, according to police.
WATERBURY, CT — Two juvenile pedestrians were injured when a vehicle struck them on Sylvan Avenue Monday night, police said.
Officer Nyjah Porcher said both youths were taken to a local hospital for treatment, and their injuries were not life-threatening.
The accident happened around 8:32 p.m. near the intersection of Sylvan Avenue and Keefe Street, according to police.

The driver, the sole occupant of the vehicle, remained on scene and was not injured, police said.
Police did not release any names of individuals involved in the accident as of Tuesday morning. An investigation is ongoing.
