8 Charged In Waterbury Prostitution Bust: PD
The investigation was prompted by citizen complaints, according to police.
WATERBURY, CT — Eight women are accused of prostitution following an investigation prompted by “numerous” citizen complaints, police said.
Police announced on Facebook Tuesday that their March 28 operation was focused on the areas of Grove Street, Hillside Avenue and Pine Street.
The department’s VICE and Intelligence Unit, Crime Prevention Unit, Gang Task Force, and Auto Theft Task Force participated in the operation, police said.

Eight individuals were charged with prostitution.
They included: Tina Conway, 36, of Waterbury; Jessica Guay, 43, of Waterbury; Jessica Murphy, 36, of Waterbury; Jacqueline Rinsland, 42, of Waterbury; Angelique Santiago, 58, of Waterbury; Sarah Kunz, 37, of Bethel; Jessica Brinton, 37, of Wolcott; and Guitana Jones, 53, of Waterbury.

Jones was additionally charged with possession of narcotics.
