Felix Rolon, of 74 Sheffield Lane, said <a href="http://www.rep-am.com/articles/2015/10/22/news/local/915968.txt" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">he noticed 'popping sounds'</a> coming from his neighbor's house 9:45 a.m. Wednesday. After checking on it, he noticed flames on his neighbor's porch and called 911 right away, the Republican-American reports. He then grabbed a garden hose and had the fire extinguished before firefighters arrived. The house sustained only minor damage, and a fire official said the origin of the fire was accidental.
