Large Bear, Cubs Spotted At Naugatuck Field: Police
Police said a large bear and cubs were spotted this week at Breen Field and noted there has been a rise in bear sightings in Naugatuck.
NAUGATUCK, CT — A large bear and cubs were spotted Wednesday morning at Breen Field in Naugatuck, according to police.
In a Facebook post, police said the bear and cubs were seen near the back of the field "by the blue tarp."
Police also noted there has recently been a rise in bear sightings in Naugatuck due to the warmer weather.
