Man Wanted In Sexual Assault Case Sought By Naugatuck Police

NAUGATUCK, CT — Naugatuck police are asking for the public's help locating a man accused of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old child, according to the department.

In a Facebook post Wednesday, police said they obtained an arrest warrant for Jamel Young charging him with risk of injury to a minor, first-degree sexual assault, first-degree attempted sexual assault and fourth-degree sexual assault.

The arrest warrant has a court-set $750,000 bond, according to police.
