Naugatuck police say they arrested Brian Jackson, 19, of New Haven Road, on an active arrest warrant Aug. 3 at around 3:41 p.m.He is accused of sexually assaulting an underage girl, who was known to him, on June 19, police say. The assault was reported June 22.Jackson was held on a $100,000 surety bond, and was scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court Aug. 4.
