Naugatuck Man Argues, Fights with Business Owners: Police
Naugatuck police say borough man allegedly instigated with downtown business owners.

Timothy Carlson, 47, of 14 Barnum Ct., is accused of allegedly arguing with store owners on Oct. 13, 2015, police said.
The store’s owners advised him to leave, police said. Carlson followed their advice, however, returned a half hour later to 66 Church St. and resumed arguing and allegedly instigating fights with the business owners, police said.
Carlson is charged with breach of peace and must appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He was released on a $500 bond.
