Christian Lugo, 20, of Aetna Street in Naugatuck allegedly broke into an apartment in his building by damaging a sheet rock wall on October 15, police said.Police say when they initially approached Lugo he gave them a false name. The homeowner said nothing was stolen or missing, police said.Lugo is charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer. He was released on a $5,000 bond.
