Naugatuck Police: Man Arrested for Shoplifting at GameStop
Police said the incident occurred back in December of 2014.

Naugatuck police said they arrested a Waterbury man for an active arrest warrant from a larceny complaint by Gamestop back on Dec. 23, 2014.
Investigation led to the arrest of Francisco Madera, 33, of East Side Boulevard.
He is accused of stealing merchandise valued at $34.96, police said.

When Madera was approached by an officer on Sunday, May 24 at around 3 p.m., he allegedly fled from the officer, according to the Naugatuck police report.
Madera is charged with interfering with an officer and sixth-degree larceny for shoplifting, police said.

He was released on a $1,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on June 3, police said.
